​Part-time Administrative Assistant job description:

Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with our Billing and Office Administrator and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, flexible, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with competitive compensation. This position will be one day per week with the opportunity to increase hours as the company grows.

Part-time Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

- Greet clients and their families

- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

- Schedule meetings and appointments

- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among team and clientele

- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients

- Manage organization of office, waiting room, and break areas

Part-time Administrative Assistant skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with medical billing programs and software

- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in related field reporting directly to senior management


Part-Time / Full-Time Early Intervention Certified Physical Therapist (PT)
We have an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a highly-qualified Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team.
PT Position Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) / Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT)      from a CAPTE accredited program
- Current Illinois license
- State of Illinois Early Intervention credential (or in process of obtaining the EI credential)
- Minimum 3 years pediatric experience
PT Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for clients
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and EI meetings
- Represent Pediaprogress at various community events

Part-Time Full-Time Early Intervention (EI) Certified Occupational Therapist (OT)
We have an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a highly-qualified Occupational Therapist with a joy for supporting children and their family relationships to join our exceptional team.  
OT Position Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree of Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited university
- Current Illinois license
- State of Illinois Early Intervention credential (or in process of obtaining the EI credential)

- Conduct occupational therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for clients
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes

Part-Time Early Intervention (EI) Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist with a love for supporting children and their families to join our exceptional team.      
SLP Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university
- Current Illinois licens​e
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year
- State of Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential preferred, but not required
SLP Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and/or reading evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized therapy sessions for clients
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes (if Ei credentialed)
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with parents / caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Represent Pediaprogress at various community events
