Full-Time / Part-Time Early Intervention Certified Physical Therapist (PT)
We have an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a highly-qualified, experienced Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team.
PT Position Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) / Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from a CAPTE accredited program
- Current Illinois license
- State of Illinois Early Intervention credential (or in process of obtaining the EI credential)
- Minimum THREE YEARS pediatric PT experience
PT Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for clients
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and EI meetings
- Represent Pediaprogress at various community events


Full-Time / Part-Time Early Intervention Certified Occupational Therapist (OT)
We have an IMMEDIATE opportunity for a highly-qualified, experienced Occupational Therapist to join our awesome team.

OT Position Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited university
- Current Illinois license
- Minimum THREE YEARS pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Illinois Early Intervention credential
- MUST have extensive experience working with children who have sensory processing disorders
OT Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for children
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility and in childrens' homes
- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Create, organize, and maintain a unique sensory-friendly environment for our clients
- Provide coaching and in-service training for parents/caregivers, staff, and students regarding evidence-based practice, research, and trends in occupational therapy
- Participate in professional development team meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
- Represent Pediaprogress at occasional community events


Full-Time / Part-Time Early Intervention (EI) Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist with a love for supporting children and their families to join our exceptional team.      
SLP Position Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university
- Current Illinois licens​e
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year
- State of Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential preferred, but not required
SLP Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and/or reading evaluations and provide detailed written reports
- Schedule and plan individualized therapy sessions for clients
- Provide evaluations / treatment in our facility or in clients' homes (if Ei credentialed)
- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks
- Discuss progress with parents / caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home
- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Represent Pediaprogress at various community events
